Refund and Return Policy
- We will notify you on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please do contact us before and after the sale with any queries.
- We are happy to replace or fully refund any items that have been damaged or lost in transit to you or if the wrong item is dispatched.
- If you change your mind (for non-personalised products) we accept returns within 14 days of purchase providing that the products are unopened and unused. Buyer pays return postage.
- Because the products are personalised, sadly we are unable to refund you if you change your mind once the product is processed.
- Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report any problems within 48hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
- Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID
- All goods are sent either via Royal Mail first class post (up to 1kg) or DPD (over 1kg).
